I perfectly understand that, but that doesnt mean that i have to agree with that, i think that a GH should be about how good are the songs. But it is ok is just my opinion. |
But if it's chosen based on how good the songs are, then it's a 'Best of...' (or a 'very best of...' or a 'really super-duper best of...' or whatever), NOT a Greatest Hits, which implies high-selling singles...

That's why I don't think we should be worried or extremly upset about are OUR fave' songs or songs that are great in our point of view in this album or not. Because this album is not for fans. It's for those who don't know Jamiroquai. Because album for fans should include not only 2 new songs but some rare or unreleased songs. Present for us, real fans, would be if they've put Shoot the moon on it. But this GH is made just to be sold. And for fans there are only 2 new songs:) |

I wouldn't get too excited... Look at their listing of '1993 - Promo only' as a track on the DVD. Play.com always seem to put at least one typo into all the tracklistings for everything they sell. So they're probably just lying.
I shall tell myself that repeatedly over the next few weeks so that if when I buy it the CD DOES have 20 tracks, it's a doubly nice surprise!

I was thinking that too - the GH tour is going to be brilliant because they'll play stuff from every era
I've pre-ordered both the Japanese DVD and UK DVD versions... can't wait!!! |
