Fuck, guys now I'm sad, if this is the best thing they can show from the album then I'm starting to feel negative bout the album.
Where were those great funk days..

(I've only listened twice, which sometimes doesn't give you a full picture)
It sounds OK, but I don't like the fact that it sounds as a song that anybody else could have done. It reminds me of the robbie williams-elton john-westlife style. I respect that they want to do something different, of course, but that's obviously neither funk, nor acid jazz, nor the typical Jamiroquai classy ballads (corner, seven days). That's pure pop |

Bloody hellThis is pretty dire...
So far, White Knuckle Ride and Blue Skies are dissapointing. RDLS is mediocore at best.

My god, it's not good at all, it's extremely boring..... How can this be a single? People will fall asleep in their cars. How can the bandmembers possibly like this? |

Indeed, I remember him saying: "punchy music is what I'm into, and not all that wet stuff" . Then what is this??? Even my grandparents listen to more exciting music... |

Russ, need to argue with you as these are actually great tracks - especially compared to BS. Surely not good enough to be lead singles but still traditional JMQ tracks. This is no longer unique sound but a commercial something (4 letters, c**p). |

Wasn't online until now... after reading all those negative opinions I was really scared to listen, but was then surprised that it is not THAT bad. Well, it is a ballad, I am not really a ballad fan and I agree, at the moment I don't really see it as a good choice for a first single... but well, I am not an expert on music marketing... we will see if this will bring the hoped success...
Quite a few of you have already listed up negative comments, I wanna add some positive ones:
- I am really impressed about Jay's different singing style. Never heard him singing like that. I like his voice in this one!!
- I like the harmonies, and the switch of the key later in the song.
- Am loving the strings... real strings (??)...
- I like the accoustic guitar.
- also the bassline is a nice one... nice little details.... listen carefully!
That's all for now...
I need to listen a few more times...
