Just as an addendum!
I forgot the lovely JC Bentley who sang some sweet licks on Movie!
Also, on Moshi Moshi Tanya just translated the lyrics that I wrote into Japanese, no easy task!! She didn't write them
Cheers

Thanks for the answers Matt! I was also wondering who was the singers for tracks and was not sure you were the one behind the vocoder
Every tracks are really different, but they all have something special. It's very experimental, there is no logical progression between the tracks, but it sounds really cool from the 1st to the last track.
-Great singer in To the world; and great bass from mr Turner ! Musicaly it's for me the nicest track of the album, perfect to chill out.
-In Mosh-moshi the scratch+horns+vocoder around 3:00 is genius and powerful. Wish it last even longer ! That rapper is good! Makes me want to come back to Japan.
-Also My Destiny is an excellent Chaka Khan-like ! Music and voice ! Makes me think a lot of "I know you, I live you".
-Do you care is your Hurtin' right ?
-You doing great with the keyboard in Failure to communicate Matt.
Album is worth it, if you're not only a Jamiroquai fan, but real whole music lover go buy it you won't regret.
I wish there were a physical CD release. I also wish you will release more of this kind !
See you tuesday Matt ! _________________ Smile ~ |

Thank you Matt!
I've bought the album and it's a really good stuff!
Is it possible to play some tracks (for example My Destiny and Are we free) with Jamiroquai (and JK on vocals ??)
Cheers and congratulations! _________________ "People find it's hard to be strong, cos' they don't know where they're coming from" |

New album by the band? Sounds cool!
Can you buy a hard copy with the notes? Or is it only via internet (I-tunes)?
Funny thoughts about the band having to keep it hid!
It's almost reminiscent of ELO and 80's music.
Also interesting, vocoder almost sounds like autotune -hmmm! But gives it that futuristic sound. |

I finally got it and I must say that it's a VERY catchy collection of songs.
They are growing on me with each listen.
There are a couple of tracks I don't really like just yet, but the rest is very interesting.
Experimental like they say up here, and also a nice mixture of styles. The vocals are different and they definetely add to the 'diverse' work on the album.
I gotta say, I was a little skeptical on my first listen, but repetition has proven me wrong. |

This summer I've been lucky enough to talk with all the musicians band members; and I particulary gave a shotout to Matt for Travelog ! He was very pleased! I also told him that the tunes were perfect for road driving and that we were awaiting for more material of this kind
It feels so good to congrats musician you like
