Theres no way we can judge the album by 30 seconds of Black Devil Car (please, don't!!)

Even Funk Oddessy had a fair mix of different sounds on it.

Guessing what sound the new album will have is fun, but predicting on a 30 second sample is utterly crazy Cool

Yes, that's the truth. Let's see what Jay makes in this new album. He impressed me with Shoot the Moon and i want to listen a studio recording of that track.

who cares lol? Let's be honest either way I think we're incapable of totally hating it. The closest thing to hate any of us have for a Jam album here is a slight criticism for Synkronized, but y'all still listen anyway.

Hello there,

Yes, Jaminneapolis is right. We may not completely hate it, but you know how this goes: you listen something you don't like, but after several listenings you start to like it... it happened to me with lots of records!

somersault i'm agree wiht crazy buffalo man...i love me too old Jam's sound, so...i only hope that new album don't become commercial.....What i like of jamiroquai is this: yes, of course, they're famous and well-known by people but not so much as a lot of commercial singers...their music, i remember in 1994 or 1995 and even in 1998, has been known only by experts and "connoisseurs" of good vibrations...
PEACE!

i wish they would go back to the more jazzy kind of sound. like 'music of the mind' 'blow your mind' and 'space cowboy' something like the first 2 albums and a bit of funk like canned heat. that is such a great sound

Music= money
Jamiroquai=music
ergo
Jamiroquai=money

Rock sells more than funk. It has happenned with all the bands. They start with their own style, and all of them finish playing pop rock. I´m not surprise that our favourite band will probabilly loose all their identity.
Of course we´re gonna listen to the next album for one million times. But ask yourself a question: if instead of Jamiroquai there would be another band playing the same song would you listen to it sooo many times? Question

Imaging another band playing some of the unknown songs of Synkronized (butterfly, black capricorn, etc)... for not talking about cannabliss, stop don´t panic, shoot the moon... You probabilly wouldn´t even figure who´s playing the songs if you would listen to them on the radio.

I mean that there are some people that just becouse it´s Jay the one who makes the song they automatic think that it´s the best they´ve ever hear. We should be more auto-critic with our band becouse jamiroquai is not-and never will- be what it was.
