I have a question: Will there be differences on the different releases? Like between the UK and the rest of Europe releases?

See, you might have had a point ...if the new Jamiroquai was actually better than old school Jamiroquai. Give me pre '98 Jamiroquai any day of the week. |

I don't think so, listen to blow your mind in 1994 
2003 had a nice version of Blow Your Mind, that maybe was very close to "jazz", or maybe Butterfly, but the 2003 tour also had songs like Soul Education wich was pure rock. |

Word. I don't know how some Jamiroquai fans manage to kid themselves into believing that the music is anywhere near as good as when Zender and Toby where in the band.
I think Montreux 2003 represents the unfunkiest point in Jamiroquai's career. We don't need another DVD with Nick Fyffe in it, that's for sure.
My loyalty is with this band, the REAL Jamiroquai:

The REAL Jamiroquai is the current, there are not another one, I know that the funkiest part of the band was in '94 or '97, but that doesn't mean that was better than now. The band is always evolutioning and that's the god part.

None of us manages to kid ourselves that you said so. 
If he/she dislikes Montreux2003 version Jamiroquai, he/she doesn't buy this dvd.
Even though he/she doesn't want to give a little loyalty about some versions, he/she need NOT insult Jamiroquai. 
I REALLY LOVE Montreux2003 version Jamiroquai. 
I love that atmosphere of everything.
So, I look forward to Montreux2003 dvd.

I'm sorry but to me Soul Edu done that day is the best damned thing I've ever known of included all the gig I've seen live..so is just a matter or taste..and for the rest I'm so full of this new/old JMQ that I don't even wanna spend a word about it..,,as ririka said: you like it=you buy it, you dislike it= you save money...something that I do with everything!

me I think there is good and there is bad in all the albums..but thanks God ( or whoever is there) there is a lot of stuff that fullfill me with feelings so that's why I follow them, and the shitty ones...I just jump to the next one I like and is gone.

Soul Education is pure FUNK, how do you say its rock????? Have you ever even heard a rock song before that has a noticeable bass line. Sorry Gonza, you are wrong bout SE being rock. |

Soul education is funky in the chorus, and isn't rock in the slow part they did in 2003, but it starts with a guitar that sounds more like "cannablis" from 2002, than a funk song
I'm not saying this song is bad anyway |

i think this gig is well worth releasing despite some peoples opinions.
In fact i wouldn't be surprised if they start coming out thick and fast now as other production companies can be involved without Sony putting the blockers on.
The band could be getting offers as we speak to release some of their classic gigs onto dvd from the respective TV companies who initially broadcasted them or in some cases did not.
