Mark Ronson is nominated for a MTV EMA Award in the Best UK/Irish Act Category. To vote for him, see other nominees and check out the entire listing of categories, go here:

I am not sure when voting closes, but the Award show is in Munich on November 1st. The only performers listed so far are Mika and Foo Fighter, so I'm not sure if MR and Stu will be performing.

Claudia, Chena and I went and saw Mark Ronson and the Version Players (the band name) last night. The lighting was sucky, so the pictures didn't turn out well. I still have to download them later.
The gig was okay. I liked the last New York one better. It was more electric, new and the energy was higher because the expectation and outcome was unknown. The crowd was so different last night, and we all agreed it was partly because MR is winning over the younger MTV audience of girls..lots of younger girls there it seemed. But, no doubt the show was quality and SZ did his thing on the bass. They played most of the album songs that they did before. Wale did Ooooh Wee, Daniel did his own song in addition to singing "Amy" and "Stop Me". Alex Greenwald came out and sang the song from the album, along with his group's popular hit, "California" from the O.C. I think it is the O.C. show. Santogold (who MR called 'one of my favorite people in the world') came out and did "Pretty Green" too. Anyway, so that was that.
But the best part of the show was Tawiah. I know I talked about her before, but she is absolutely amazing and needs her own show. Her voice is so versatile and talented. She is a natural. She backed up Daniel and his song and I wanted her to take over. She does "Valerie" better than Amy Winehouse in my opinion and I'm an Amy fan.. I definitely will be on the lookout for her music. She honestly is one of my new favorite singers and I'm so happy that she is in MR's camp to get exposed to ears around the globe.

I think this will be my last MR concert unless they come near my house...seeing them 3 times in a year or so is enough for me and I felt that way last night.
Always good to spend an evening with Chena and Claudia rockin' out in the front row!

Im making the effort to go and see them in Birmingham or maybe Liverpool but im waiting on some mates first, i might just go on my own! 
Youre 100% right about tawiah, she has probably worked out better than Amy and suits the style more without a doubt.
I think they have turned out to be the success of the year or he has??

some people prefer megaupload i have found in the past infact most do
