Hey, gamers...It seems like a "Gran Turismo 4" song! I think that it's some kind of rare mix between Cosmic Girl and Runaway. The same notes, the same melodies....mmmmmmm.....But I never took seriously those kind of "new songs" that people upload to rapidshare.
