Any Loreena McKennitt Fans out there?
I've been getting so lucky with my favorite artists coming around....1st is was Jam a few years back when Boston was one of the few stops they made and now Loreena is coming to Providence (5 mins from my house!) in October!!....I already bought tickets and it will be birthday present for my wife (since she loves Loreena as much if not more than I do)
Actually now that I think about....when Jam was here that was in October too!

This is a bit late & you may never see it but yes, I do like Loreena, too. I saw her at Radio City Music Hall in NY in 1998  She was excellent. I think "Dante's Prayer" is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard.

 ! I'm not laughing at Lorenna, she must be good. I'm just remembering one of my friends asking for a CD of her in my country, where she isn't known. And I remember the face of the salesman saying "Lorenna WHO??" Hilarious. I'll tell him there are big fans of her and I'll apologise for all my jokes in time
