By the way, Maxud and Beppo have lost the second match by 10:0. And there's a rule in table football, that when you lose 10:0 you have to crawl under the table or buy the winners a drink.
So Maxud and Beppo, you still owe Andy and me a drink! _________________

Ahhh, I told a DJ from a small radio station I know from a Luxembourgish forum about Candycream.
He listened to their sound on myspace and he is interested in a copy of their album, but the CD is unavailable at amazon at the moment.
So, can anyone of you send me an official copy of it? I don't want to burn the CD, they're mostly amateur musicians, they need the dough!
Just contact me by PM, I'll pay for it of course! _________________

Back in England...and totally creamed* , it's been a wonderful few days, my head is spinning just thinking of it all....mental times!
Funkynicki, Nicki, Nicole...oh woman of the brown haar...thank you so much for the wonderful gift and giving me the opportunity to visit your beautiful home and to meet everyone - I feel truly blessed and..well...just danke schon. xxxx
and "cast" in order of appearance! lol
Suzi...Suzi...Suzi....crazy mutti....your vibe is wonderful, so cool and funky, glad we finally met after all these years - I hope we share many more bedrooms together in years to come (HAHAHAHAHA!). Give my love to Beppo - and tell him I want to see photos of crazy haar!
Ophone..King of Luxembourg...it was an honour to meet a noble man...and to have a little boogie with the king...exactly how big is your country? Bigger than Geisenhaum? haha
Maxud...Puppy boy...you made me laugh so much, Haw Haw Haw (do I sound like a donkey when I laugh?????!), you're really "Mr Funky Dancer", was cool to meet you - stop smoking and save money for gigs!
Konni...Catwoman...so great to laugh together in real life over something that's made me laugh for so many years! Shame we didn't get to spend so much time together, but these moments will come again. The taxi ride home will keep me giggling for the next few years .
It was totally funktastic to be with everyone, to share laughter, music and lots of cake!
Thank you Nicki for making this a truly special time for everyone, opening not just your home, but your heart.
and special thanks to Andy and Beppo...the "JK Sucks" gang!

Ooooohhhhhh WWWOOOOAAAAAHHHHH,
I think i´m ready of sorting my feelings and emotions to write my review
What can i say: It was an wonderful, funky, funny, emotional and friendly weekend meeting
The first who arrived was MsP at thursday evening in frankfurt. Yes it was her 1. German visit and it will be followed by her 1. German mud and doggy ...... We had such a warm welcome at the airport and i was overhelmed to see her again. At home we ordered some pizza and talk, talk, talk...... till into the night (thank you janice ).
On friday morning we´re done the last preparations and cooked the chilli and the leak soup. And then i get the phonecall from Stephen (drummer from candycream) and he confirmed me that he will come at the evening as a surprise for the "jamily" . I talked with Stephen many weeks before and now it was safe. At this time i didn´t know how many members are coming but i was so happy and the whole day i only talked about surprise and "i know what, what you don´t know"
OK, cosmic girl and Johannes arrived at 14.00 o´clock and Susie - i hate you for beeing to early . It was also a very warm welcome and the house going to be full. Then the doorbells rang and we thought: oh that must be Ophone!! But no it was only the postman (sorry postman )
But then came Ophone!!! What can i say: Ophone you are our king of luxembourg We met us the first time and i think we were both a little nervous, but first joke from Ophone and the ice was broken Then we go for a walk into the wineyards and for picking up Maxud from the train.
We took some pics and reveiced Maxud with luxembourg flag.
We went back home and have some coffee, cake and cookies.
It was so lovely!!!!
But i think we have to buy more chairs for the kitchen because we spend all the time there.
We talking so much and hear Jamiroquai "what else????"
The the countdown for me started. Stephen said to me that he will be arrive at 8 o´clock. I´m waiting and getting nervous
Ok, it was 8.15 and we started with the dinner, then my phone rang. It was Stephen and he said: Hey nicki i´m infront of your door and nobody opened!!!
Oh maybe we are too loud? (next day we are regonized that the bell was defect, sorry Stephen).
I ran to door, opened and there was candycream: Stephen, Miriam, Klaus and Tom I huged them all and told them to be quiet. Then we go into the house and "jamily" only looekd and wondered who´s coming.
Then "oh it´s candycream". Susie falls down to earth and then the welcome´s begun. It was so great
I wanna say a special thank you to Stephen who managed it with the band. You are such a special person and i like you so much
Then the party get started. Candycream and the jamily togther for a meal!!!! Fantastic!!!!
I think they didn´t realy want to go at night, ok another cigarette then we leave, ok only one, ok, this is our last drink and so on!!!!
Oh, and Susie sang together with Miriam "Babyyyyyy....". You should have seem this
On saturday we are waiting for Butterfly in June and i hoped that now the bells are going. As she comes it was also a big welcome we had together coffee, english tea and Konni´s great cake.
At the afternoon we started our trip to wiesbaden by train and i think we had a funny time while going to the shoppingcenter, had something to eat and waiting for the doors opening in the next pub Thanks to Ophone for all your jokes!!!!!
Then the doors opened and what else can it be Jamily in the front row!!!!!
It was a great, great gig. And the solo from Stephen (drums) and Klaus (bass) was another special. They played a few parts of "too young to die" GREAT,GREAT!!!!!!
After the gig we meet the band, took pics and talked together. They are all so friendly!!! Thank you so much!!!
We went back home with the txi and at home i think we where all so impressed from this concert. One after another go to bed and Opohne made it on his special way!!! Thank you for this show
Me and Konni sitting in the kitchen till 5.30 in the morning and talked, talked, talked...... Thank you, it was wonderful
Now the sunday began and i feel that i´m getting sad. We took a breakfast together and then the sadness begans.
First Susie, Johannes and Ophone leave. Sorry, that i cried so much, but i´m feeling so sad!!!!
Then Konni leave and in the afternoon Maxud.
We took a little walk with Janice to th rhine-river and you couldn´t believe it, now she know´s all about my hometown geisenheim
Later at home i clean up the house a little bit and we started with a relaxing evening, but we also talked till deep into the night Thanks it was so good!!!!!
On Monday Janice and i had a wonderful day, till the time comes to drive to the airport. Later we sit in an restaurant and couldn´t talk so much
Then, sorry Janice, i cried again
Yes it was a wonderful weekend with the great, fantastic band "candycream" and the beautiful jamily
Janice thanks for the good talkings and learned so much great words in english
Susie my sister my babbbbyyyyyyy.......
Ophone my king of luxembourg
Konni also thanks for the "talking night", was so great
Maxud the funky dancing star
and Johannes the cute and lovely boy i ever meet. 15 years and such a great guy!!!!!!!
And all of you: Thank you so much for this special friendship!!!!!

Oh Nicky that is a great review!!! So emotional - like this weekend was - did you really wrote this in the middle of the night???
Yesterday my daughter Leonie had to listen the whole day to my stories about the great people I met in Geisenheim What impressed her most was that the Swiss boy also knows Ron Stoppable and Rufus Beppo - Nacho eating
Jan: the taxi drive was really fun - normally I hate to sit in the back of a car - but this time it was so funny Mum and Dad in the front, with the taxi driver driving fast as hell the King of Luxemburg beneath us just enjoying himself and in the back the naughty children
There are always coming little stories in my mind making me giggle.....

Great reviews girls!
For me one of the best things was when Suzie told her husband the different jokes to her husband. She had to hold the phone quite far from her ear because her husband was laughing too loud! (I think I'll open a new jokes thread and tell you the ones which had the most success at our Jamily-meeting.)
Another great thing was Beppo who showed me the Pennergame on the internet, the dosser game. You have to imagine this in real, a dosser who has a giraff as pet!!!
Ah, finally I want to give Cosmic Girl and Beppo some information about the license plate they took home: It's an older front model. Nowadays the front and the back model are the same, with one number more and the "L" with the European flag on the left side. _________________

ha ha ha Ophone If you want the Licenceplate back I will put it on ebay for sale................. (italian maffia methods) Oh yes I told a few jokes to my hubby and the one "Du hast ein Fahrrad gewonnen" is his favorite. Ja ja the pennergame is getting on my nerves......... Do that King of luxxi open a joke thread |
