Jay on cover of menswear book???

THIS IS A MAN'S WORLD
HAVING been a leading light on the menswear scene for some 30 years, Paul Smith made the ideal host for the launch of new fashion tome Modern Menswear in London last week. Guests packed into the intimate space of Smith's boutique on Covent Garden's floral street on Thursday night to share a drink with the book's author, fashion writer and lecturer Hywel Davies, amid the chic tumble of bric-a-brac of Smith's legendary store. "I am always ready to help young designers in any creative field," Smith - who is busy putting the finishing touches to his womenswear collection, which will be unveiled in just a couple of weeks' time at Paris Fashion Week - told us. "The party has brought together lots of students and designers; it's great fun." The designer is profiled in the book, which features Jamiroquai front man Jay Kay on its cover, as part of the contemporary menswear movement - a timely tribute, according to Davies. "There are so many menswear books that focus on men's style in the Sixties and Seventies," he said, sipping a well-deserved glass of Champagne. "I thought it was about time there was one about who's doing what today." Modern Menswear, by Hywel Davies, is published by Lawrence King this month. (February 11 2008, AM)

Cover of book below. Maybe it is late and I'm extremely tired, but this doesn't even look like Jay to me. Book is available in England at outlets like Tesco and Amazon online. It comes out in the USA in April, not sure about other countries.

Yeah, that is what I said. I was up late last night doing post - Grammy stuff, so I knew my eyes were tired, but doesn't look like Jay at all to me...and didn't last night, hence me saying that in my original post!
I just added question marks to the topic, so no one else thinks it is legit 
I don't get how Vogue could get it wrong. I'm confused

It's maybe a "Jay-lookalike" but not Jay himself.
I have had a quick look at paul smith's website and the news-item about the book is not telling one single word about Jay Kay... but is also not telling the opposite.
