Friends, family, humour and memories - good times!
Many people on here have inspired me - amongst others are Bear, Deesha, Little H, and my lovely LilyJ 
Use the Force is my mantra and Soul Education reminds me of how far I have come.
However, the thing that inspires me the most are my daydreams.....

Music inspires me to make new music, and it gives me strength to get through tough times. My family inspires me to work and stand on my own. Good people inspire me to be a better person. Bad people inspire me to be better than them. You people also inspire me. If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have picked up the bass guitar in the first place, and my life would've probably went a different way. This makes me wanna say that I'm so glad I live the life I live - and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Every single thing I've seen, heard and felt in my life was influential on me and helped shape me into what I am today, and I'm thankful to God for that. |

thank you lil h! i am inspired whenever i listen to jamiroquai. when i did my 1st acupressure treatment in school, the words i must believe i can heal anyone floated thru my head. am also inspired by real love, nature, wise words, generous ppl, dreams and visions. |

right now it would be my older coworkers(I feel like I have 3 grandfathers). Their overall view on life, their attitude and how they approach day to day life (with humour) is inspiring. My mom because even though we have had our outs we both still love each other. My friends, they make me laugh. As of late inspiration was over at a friends watching a guy play a guitar and build a song up using this board thing? have no idea what it was but it inspired me to figure out how it works (also wanted to take it apart but that I am blaming on the  ) Really you talk to enough people there is so much to be inspired by. |

I am inspired by many people and many things. People who don't have an intention to be inspirational - they just are by default.
People who have overcome a lot to succeed, people who go left when everyone else is going right..you know all that stuff!
My dad who has overcame so much and works a piece of shit job that is physically hurting him because he has to, he has only a high school education. That motivates me to do better in my life, so he can quit that job.
But there is a woman named Dr. Helane Gayle that I am just in awe of. I met her last year. She is the president of CARE, the organization I volunteer for...she is amazing and I've read all about her and seen her speak many times and I just feel motivated each time. About her:

I am honored to be working closely with her and CARE this year on poverty and women issues.
I also am inspired by black women in general, but especially those raising kids alone while working and going to school. They could've gave up and settle for a job making no money and being on government assistance, but many don't. They fight back. The definition of strength.

Agreed...people with a sense of humor
Great Yogis, people who are disciplined
Musicians, like The BEATLES! wow, the way they put together music and lyrics, so poetic...along those lines, of course again, Jamiroquai, Steveland Morris, and many other musicians.
What else inspires me is people with no fear. Those who aren't afraid to stick their neck out. Those who dare to risk it all. That inspires me, so I guess sometimes I inspire myself. Although these past few years I've been keeping to myself.
HEALERS inspire me. People who are naturally gifted with the ability to help others. I believe we all have the ability, we just need the desire.
The universe because it is so grand and we are so small.
Art and great artists, even starting artists inspire me that they can create such images from blobs of color.
Today the sun inspires me, as it shines its light upon me. Oh, and the birds that sing at my pond. My cats inspire me with their mysterious nature. The squirrels that scale my house and do a crazy leap into the air.
