the album - 'Shine' is very average. 
she appeared on the Jools Holland taster show on Tues and was ok,
the full show is on tonight - would you like a recording? although if you are
on Dimeadozen.org the full show is uploaded weekly.

I really want some new music and thought I'd maybe buy it today....do you honestly feel it is not worth buying?

i think it is RnB - but if that's your bag then go for it
ok for it's setting or purpose but she would get drowned out in an arena or festival. I mean she tends to shout alot but the band seems very tight and the backing singers are there for a reason
so yeah - average - but that said I have been listening to it

This album is very Floetry meets Ms. Dynamite. I don't know if that is good or bad though...
Matter of fact, I think I'll use that line in the review!
"So Much Out The Way" gets me hype though...like about to go out and dance.
