I just found out that Roy Ayers is playing a one off gig in my country tomorrow! Even if I could quickly get plane and concert tickets, one little snag remains...
I'll be five days too young to get in the venue 
What makes it worse is that there are almost never jazz funk concerts in New Zealand. No JMQ, no heavies, no incognito (well once a long time ago), and I thought Roy would never come 
I'm sooo angry  , and so jealous of those of you who live in countries which actually get good bands to play concerts.

Duffy is playing in NZ in January or Feb i think also

( JMQ never came there??? if I was a superstar/band the first place I would go is your amazing country!! blame on them  )

I live in a small eastern-european country but saw JMQ, Incognito, BNH 2x and Lenny Kravitz in 18 months time. Not bad huh, but life isn't just about this. |
