I have downloaded all of your mixes over the past few months in my ache to find some good house and soul to work out too and they have worked. I downloaded most of the foolin' arounds and some of the alphabet mixes..discovered 'no use' by jazzanova and clara hill b/c of you. Thank you.

Thanks Deesh (& Rocco!) - that Boxing Mix was done for a Boxing Circuit Class at my old gym. Its a real feel-good mix with some of the more popular dance mixes in it (isn't a version of 'Little L' in that mix too?)
Maybe I should do another 'Gym Mix' soon?
I have another couple of great mixes on the boil so watch out soon!
