The last info we got from bandmembers was, that a tour will probably start at the end of 2009. But during the year (obviously summer in the northern hemisphere) there might be festival appearences.
The mentioned date (not confirmed though) for the album release is May/June. So it is quite possible that a single will come shorly before that.
But, as far as I have heard 3 days ago , they haven't decided for a first single yet.
I heard that Jay is in the studio at the moment, recording vocals for the album. He only just started so it's a bit of a process for him as it goes.
They still have to record a couple of songs, and to do overdubs and so on.

On Derrick's Facebook his status said he was recording some drum bits for a 10 minute long song!

Hm, I think this is not for Jamiroquai... he is in Sweden, working on a soundtrack for a musical. |

Excluding festival performances, when they tour what size venues do you think we are looking at? I guess it's likely they will do the arenas circuit? I was thinking in the UK mainly as it depends on the country I suppose.
