Haha very nice! I absolutely dig Ed's song "drive me crazy". Very like early Jamiroquai.
If you see Seu Jorge's DVD "live at Montreux" BUY IT. It's one of the best concerts I have ever seen.
Seu Jorge, a bassist, and three percussionists. That group has soul. They play funk, jazz, samba, flamenco... the list goes on. What's not to like? . Mania de peitao, tive razao, te queria, conqueiro verde. Absolutely stunning. I wanna learn portugeuse now . Kinda like spanish but with more grunt hehe.
I presume they are household names in Brasil?
Oh I'm sorry to hear that Deesh, it really is hard when good friends are far away. Email and facebook really don't cut it. _________________ Bass to jazz.... j-j-j-jazz to bass... |

yeah, portuguese is very hard to learn, but it´s a wonderful idiom
and i must say that brazilian music is the one of the best, including bossa nova, samba and many others styles... and there are amazing musicians as tom jobim, chico buarque, milton nascimento, elis regina...
im very proud to born here! _________________

Hi everyone -
Just asking you to send good vibes, thoughts and prayers my way as I apply for my internships. There is one that I really, really want. It is in the White House working under the Obama administration. I know I will be one of thousands trying for the dozen or so positions, but I have faith.
