For a second I thought it was a comedy skit someone else looking like him - taking the piss, then i realised it was him.. hehee. a little Koooky there.. tho I supposed if my $$90000000000trillionbillionmillion gazillion dollar vehicle was busted up I may go a little KoooKy too..
Like u guys said at least it wasn't Jay that was busted up by this chump..

I think he was wasted that's why he was acting like such a nutter. Didn't he have a pint in his hand as he walks out the door. IF i must say it's slightly hypocritical of Jay as didn't he have a rant recently about the state of the nation and how alcohol abuse was such an epidemic in the U.K at the moment. Don't get me wrong i'm a big fan it's just he says things and then changes his mind, you know????????????? I do like a few drinks every once in a while as well.................

i think Jay has insurance on his cars, so he wont need to save alot of money.

Funkin says...he has been arrested.
i think...when insurance company of Jay's car finishes repairing all, the insurance company must collect the insurance claim from the criminal.
Jay needn't do any actions about it.
the criminal may meet hell, if Jay's insurance company is the hard-boiled collector.
the mad poor man may pay in his organs...ouch! enough punishment ha? 
so, dont worry about our Jay! its fair! maybe haha...
