Titus, I listened some tracks...
To be honest, that's not funk. What you call Funk R&B Soul it's Pop Rock with sometimes a little bit of funk by my modest opinion. Voices are nice, groovy.
This is not a "negative" statement, I like rock and ur work it's pleasant but if you want to "turn" ur style into funk you must put more melodies, with keyboard for example and pop up the BASS!
