Wow, really like your designs, Meike!! Especially the Nickname/Website one, gotta advertise as well as get yourself recognised!
I wonder if the idea of wearing "Fan Shirts" will get popular, and soon you won't see any merchandise t-shirts, but loads of fan ones!! Haha!
Sarah and I are gonna wear our Jamline t-shirts again at Ealing! Well, I paid £15, I gotta wear it more than once!

Too late .. but not only for this time
Hi CosmicMouse,
I saw your message too late (on Monday 10th) and could not get the info yesterday, because the copy-shop in my neighborhood just print T-shirts from picture.
When I am back from Rock Im Park, I wil have more time to take care of this. I am still very interested, even if it won't be in time for the concert on May 19th.
Now I guess you already left to fly to UK for the Ealing concert.
Thanks again. Takew care and HAVE THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE AT THE HOMECOMING CONCERT. |

Corel-Draw
Took some time out from revising for my uni exams to check out a local print shop. They say that a Corel draw-file is fine.

Oh Man!
Hi CosmicMouse,
one month and a half after you sent the file for the T-shirt print, I eventually managed to find a copy shop with prints T-shirts in color and from the file itself (because I have no color printer).
By they way, those shops are not so widespread as one yould think. I found only 2 of them in the yellow pages of Berlin.
I can tell you that the result is just GREAT.
I hope I can make a photo soon to show you how it turned out.
So, many thanks again and a big HURRAH and BRAVO for your great job.

Great ideas for the Jamirotalk.net T-shirt, Ad ideas!
Hello everyone, :jay2:
CosmicMouse, really warms my heart to see you get so many birthday greetings from across the Jamily, cheers to everyone! I just got back from seeing "Men In Black 2", don't worry about this movie, this sequel ACTUALLY Rocks, great jokes, great premise, and the usual great Will Smith-Tommy Lee Jones side-splitting humor, definitely go see this when it hits Europe in two weeks! Anyway, as usual in my routine, I digress, I think the idea of a Jamirotalk.net T-shirt is great, I wish I would have the creativity of your guys, I was wondering if I could get a shirt, so I can easily amuse myself by wearing it in front of the wall mirror while giggling....just kidding, I would dance in front of the mirror to "Canned Heat" while giggling... ! I figure there is a monetary amount of money connected to attaining a shirt, so pass on the info to CosmicMouse when you can in a message, and I'll make up my mind! I was pondering some possible ad ideas to help market the JamiroTalk.net T-shirt to the dormant fans who don't know about this great forums, here are some my AD Ideas, rather silly but amusing:
"JamiroTalk.net T-shirts: Made from the 100% pure cotton grown on Jay Kay's eco-garden, hand-woven and stitiched together nicely by Jay's live-in guesthouse sweatshop workers averaging in age from 2 to 7 years of age, with a unmistakeable generalized JamiroTalk.net logo showing your cohorts how much a Jamirophile you are, ONLY AVAILABLE between the hours of noon and 8 pm in the alleyway around from the HMV in downtown London for 15 pounds each.....JamiroTalk.net T-shirts: Got BuffaloMan?" (OK, that was a little too surreal!)
"If your sick of waiting for a great follow-up to Oasis's album "What's the Story (Morning Glory!)", try a JamiroTalk.net T-shirt, it comes in all sizes, and only costs 15 pounds, so wear the shirt that everyone will ask you, "What the hell is a JamiroTalk.net?"...then happily strug your shoulders!" (That was almost good!)
(Jay Kay comes hopping off the stage after a 45 minute performance at Sherpards Bush, sweat flows off his face and he asks a backstage crew member,) "Oi, you got a towel, I'm bleeding hot!" (The Crew smiles and throws him a JamiroTalk.net T-shirt, Jay catchs and proceeds with wiping his face off, then he notices it is a T-shirt and asks the crew member,) "Cor, What's JamiroTalk.net, mate?" (The chirper crew member says to Jay,) "JamiroTalk.net is the hottest place on the web to talk about the latest happenings of Jamiroquai, topics vary from Touring to your latest fashion sense, you can check it out at (Crew member turns to camera and says,) "www.jamirotalk.net, hence the logo on the T-shirt I threw you, that's one of their new T-shirts, (Turns to camera again and says) comes all sizes, made of the 100% simulated cotton and only cost a quid and a half!" (Jay grins upon hearing the info and turns to camera and says) "JamiroTalk.net T-shirts: they really refresh my face!" (Jay smiles and a sparkle of light shines off Jay's teeth as the "JamiroTalk.Net Logo" fills the bottom half of the screen) (Now that's my imaginative!)
There you go, some humourous ways to sell the T-shirts, my ideas may seem too farfetched, but they could work! Again, another happy birthday to CosmicMouse and I hope everyone enjoys this little post of mine! Thanks for everything and I'll check back on the T-shirt info CosmicMouse! Peace and happy birthday America!
Shoots a Buffaloman shaped bottlerocket into the cosmos,

LOL
Hilarious, Jamirofan!!!
Especially the third variation with Jay!
I can make you a pattern for your t-shirt and send you the file (jpg, pdf or whatever you need) and you can organize a print-shop by yourself in the USA. Just let me know, what I should write on it... your name, jamirotalk.net, a signature?
Thanx for making me laugh again.

What you're gonna do to stop me this time baby...
You've been trying to Funk around my mind baby...

You've been messin with my mind
