Unfortunately I have to listen to Jamiroquai mostly alone. Not many of my friends like to listen to it, so when Im with them I usually listen to hip hop or metal, whatever they like. But when Im alone, doin work, dickin around on the computer or playin playstation 2, I'll bust them out a lot. It's good to have variety though. I'd hate to play out my favorite band to boredom. I used to go to school in the U.S. state of South Dakota. About a 5 hour drive from my hometown. One of my favorite things to do during those long boring drives home was doin a Jamiroqaui-a-thon. Listen to the albums in chronological order always makes the trips a lil more fun. I haven't had the chance to do that since my plane trip trip to Vegas last March though. _________________ Wouldn't 'ya like... To walk the sunny avenues of life? |

I just got an alarm clock with a CD player on it last month and when I have to get up early (sometimes as early as 4:30 am!), I set it to get up to Jamiroquai of course. Instead of hitting the snooze button a bunch of times, I get right up! The first time I set it, I got up to Canned Heat. It started off my day perfectly:) _________________ This is our corner of the Earth |

I have very little time available to listen to 'a daily dose'. If I get my daily dose it is when I go for my evening jog. I jog around the grounds of my home, I cover about 5 kilometres in 30 minutes as an average.
Apparently vigorous aerobic exercise conducted whilst listening to your favourite music increases cognitive function. And I think I thrive on it !!!
It is usually Jamiroquai that I listen to, sometimes I take one album and listen to it for three jogging sessions. Or othertimes I take one single and listen to it three or four times in one session.
Bad habits will continue though, and I have to admit that I often skip the tracks that take more of my concentration to listen to (like: Scam, Kids, Revolution 1993, BCD) to allow me sufficient time to enjoy my 'bread & butter'.
I promised Jamirokaki a good while ago that I would work on this, and I thank him for that. |

Diego and Supersonic have said it for me, I also like to leave vacant periods when I listent to other stuff, then I have pangings for certain Jamiroquai tracks and then enjoy them more.
I adore SW, EWF and George Benson. I mentioned the other day that I was surprised that no GB tracks were selected for LNT.
My Jamiroquaiety is tolerated with respect by all of my family. My eldest daughter taunts me about the jazzy bit, she does admit that some of Jamiroquai's music is appealing to her. I keep telling her as your tastes mature and broaden you will then be able to appreciate the tip of the iceberg of what is Jamiroquai. Anyway, whenever I do listen to Jamiroquai it's through the headphones so as that I don't annoy or 'cheese anyone off' (with the repetitions).
I NEVER drive and listen to Jamiroquai - Golden Rule #1 - or I'd be following in his Addidas footsteps, and I have a spanky clean licence.

Many moments of Jamiroquai listening...
Hello,
Well, there are many situations and times that listening to Jamiroquai is a must, and here are some of those moments for me :
1. Working hard at work cooking food and singing outloud "karaoke" style to my Jam pumping out of the boombox.
2. Taking a relaxing shower and hopping up and down to my fav selections of TWOM on my waterproof CD player.
3. Driving around in my "Biege Angel Car" (Chevy Cavalier) and rolling my head to the throbbing beats of Jam's album "Synkronized".
4. Relaxing at home in bed, eating some Pringles chips, and watching a Jam show on VCD from the wide assortment in my collection.
There you go, I hope you try some of these things out sometime, I assure you, they are fun and really leave a great ringing in your ears ! Peace!
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000 _________________
