umm sorry LL cool , there were not cameras recording this festival so i dont expect a dvd ( i was in front row )
now , it is time to share my experience with al of yyou guys .
saturday october 9th
finally , the day has come . i woke up early cos i wanted to get the best spot in thiis festival (and damn i got it !!! frnt row) well i arrived to cajica (the name of the place whre the concert was held) at 11:00 am . supposedly , the door were going to be open at noon, but finally were open at 14 :00. and then race began . i runn as much as i could . it ssems easy right? but , DAMN IT WASNT !!!!!!!! WHY ? well , because it rained the whole friday , and the place was a mess !!!. i had to run over mud , so you can imagine how my shoes and my pants are.
well the show begun at 16:00 . a colombian band called retrovisor were the first ones , . i have to say those guys are amazing . then a rock colombian band (SUPER LITIO) make verybody in cajica to jump .
there was one more to come before the jmq . some guys called COBRA STARSHIP played around 1:30 hors . i have to say those guys play good songs , but i wanted they got off stage !!!! i wanted to see JAMIROQUAI !!!!
and finally 22:00 light went off , except the blue ones. and ... then they come !!!!!!!
rob , derrick , paul , sola , mat , the vocal singers ...... and then JAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i couldnt believe my eyes , it was jay in fron of me . i had expected 12 years of my life to see this !!! . first song revolution 1993 !!!! woooooooo. everybody was jumping around . it was a madness !!!! .then high times . 3rd song IF I LIKE IT !!!! one of the phrases i always say in my life , cos i like , want and LOVE somethin , JUST DO IT !!!! . then it was the time play rock dust light star . salvation is coming !!!!!!!!! .
as soon as it finished the song , i asked one of the security guys , put the peruvian flag close to the stage , and maybe you have seen in thos videos next to the colombian flag a red flag . then it was the turn of WHITE KNUCKLE RIDE !!!!! . it was the first time it was going to be played live . and sounds AMAZING . something that surprise me was a lot of people knew at least 70 %of the lyrics which is cool to be a new song . a lot of people loved wkr . i think is gonnabe a hit in columbia.
then the otther songs came :cosmic , love fool , little l , light years , when you gonna learn ,.
then one of my favorite songs : CANNED HEAT !!!!! damn , cajica was a dance floor !!!! . finally depper underground . and you know how it is !!!!!!
AMAZING SHOW !!!!!!!!!!!!! my dreams came true !!!!! waiting for the new album tour !!!!!
i took a lot of pictures and record some songs complete and some parts of the others (i recorded complete cosmic , if i like it and white knuckle ride , i will upload them hopefully today or tomorrow in the space i have in facebook . the name of it is HIGH TIMES PERU here it is the link i hope u can join it !!!! you will see the pictures and the videos there .
well , that was review ...... wait a minute , i forgot to tell ya what happened on sunday ..... 10/10/10 . dont worry it was not an apocaliptic day , it was or it is an important day since today . 10/10/10 BJ/AJ (BEFORE JAMIROQUAI- AFTER JAMIROQUAI)
later i will tell ya what happened , i gotta go to lima downtown .

It must have been a fantastic experience for you!
I've seen them live once and I hope to see them again in this tour.

sorry it is shor but i had wirtten a long story , however it was a black out !!!! damn . i am gonna summarrize it .
i found the guys at the hotel , took some pictures with them (except sola and paul cos they left in the morning ) i recorded some videos of jay in the hotel signing my booklets and a peruvian flag (i will upload them in my forum , and check out the words jay said while he was signing my bookies.
believe it or not , i found them again at the ariport (they were going sao paulo , i was going to lima) i took another pictures wtih jay and the rest of the guys . i talked to rob about the possibility to go to lima nex year and he sais it was noot up to them , it was up to any in peru who wants to bring jamiroquai in lima.
i asked derrick about midnight funk . he told me that sons exists , but there is not any intention to release it righ now . and also there is not intention to release a b sides album . he also told me that for RDLS had recorded like 40 songs but mercury only decided to put 15 (that explains the deluxe album , the regular album and the japanese one) . he also told me the next were left , arr goin to be included in the nex album (although i suppose they might change ) and that super highway will be possibly included in the next album.
sorry for the summary , i had written a nice story some minutes ago but the black out ruined it . see ya guys .
