must be honest in saying that i'm not too concerned about the official site - of course it would be great to have an in-depth, enjoyable means of communication between the band/sony and the online fanbase....however there are plenty of fantastic fan sites & forums out there (like here  )...true, these have been born out of necessity but that also means they're exactly what we want! i would rather have the band commit their time to the studio to make the best album possible and then after the album is made contribute to the launching of a new site
