Travelling Without Moving Live From Abbey Road
I have recently discovered on youtube the astonishing performance of TWM Live from Abbey Road.
It the music available to download anywhere, or is it available on any cd's?
I must have! Thank you. |

Jamiroquai's performance of Love Foolosophy on music television show Live from Abbey Road is one of the tracks featured on the Best Of Season One Blu-Ray (i.e., high-definition) release which hits stores in the US on 11 November.

I think that might be the only track that has been officially released on a media format. The problem with the youtube to mp3 converter is that you never get a very good sound. I think the sound files on HD vids have a constant bit rate of 192 kb/s. If it isn't HD then the sound is compressed into a variable bit rate mp3.
Eventually, mp3s will become irrelevant when space restrictions and bandwith issues aren't so prominent. When a little music player can hold 1 terabyte of music, computers can hold 100 terabytes on their hard drives, and it only takes seconds to download an entire CD, lossless music files will become standard.
Additionally, with less restriction on the size of music files, I wonder if record companies won't start releasing ultra high quality music. Say music files that are 10x the size of a standard CD file today. |

Thank you to both for taking the trouble to respond. The first idea worked fine, although I guess it won't be as good as from a cd - maybe on a future compilation? |
