This was weird... this morning I was driving to work and had the RDLS album playing in the car. White Knuckle Ride came on. The car in the lane next to me indicated to move in front of me so I let them. Now our car registration plates generally are made up of 3 letters followed by 3 numbers. Anyway, what were the 3 letters on the registration plates of the car that moved in front of me while White Knuckle Ride was playing??
WKR.

Too Young To Die was being played exceptionally loud all throughout one of the shopping centres in Cambridge. Original version too, not the radio edit _________________ May the wind always be at your back, and the sun upon your face...

These last days you can see an ad for the upcoming Jamiroquai gig here in Luxembourg on RTL Telé Lëtzebuerg.
They even say that Jamiroquai is "The funkiest band in the world"!!! _________________

The most amazing thing happened!!
Hi there!
The most amazing thing happened to me!!
I heard a non-album and non-b-side Jamiroquai song in public!!!
You won't believe where!!
In an ELEVATOR!!
I was using the elevator when I suddenly heard music playing!
And then I realized it was EVERYBODYS GOING TO THE MOON playing! I was so shocked I couldn't believe it! Why would they play Jamiroquai in an elevator!?? And why this song!??
And while I was on cloud nine I suddenly realized the music was coming from my coat.
I had forgotten to turn off my mp3 player.
My bubble burst and I went on with my dull elevator ride... ( |

I hear Jamiroquai everywhere...
On the Dutch telly there are all kinds of home and garden decorating programmes. When the make-overs are done they often play tracks from RDLS.
Yesterday at the supermarket Too Young to Die. And the thing is with supermarket songs, the song that is playing when you leave gets stuck in your head. Most of the times that irritates me, this day it didn't
Today I walked in the second hand store, caught myself singing along with King for a Day that was playing. Nice! |

This morning they played Rock Dust Light Star on 89.9 FM, KCRW in Los Angeles. They're more of an independent station that hosts NPR (National Public Radio). After it was played the DJ said it was Jamiroquai and that it's from the new RDLS album which is available as an "import only". _________________ www.funkfiction.com |
