1. What a setlist! Excellent...
2. Love the setting with the planets.
3. No Deeper at the end!!
4. Why do I have to wait 1 month?
Thanks for putting the pics online.

I read a few times about 'tears', 'crying' and 'thrilled'. I FULLY agree!!!

I am surprised of that fact as well. They sounded SUPERB! They increased their quality as musicians, as performers. I'm nearly crying! God I love this band! _________________ Call me up, turn me on, tune me in... |

I dig this version too but @ 5:48 it get's a bit messy, they tried to squeeze too much into the song, the riff itself is pretty cool with Matt playing a Hammond sound but I'm sure it will evolve by the following gigs
The opening part is EPIC followed by Derrick's solo and the explosion of the chorus!! |

So far every old song we have seen has been redone dramatically and the band have certaintly not dissapointed. I never liked Feels Just Like it Should performed live , but after seeing that finale I was amazed. I cannot wait to see full videos of Hang it Over and new arrangement of Travelling Without Moving. (im sure Shes a Fast Pursuader will be performed soon
The lighting on the show was particularly impressive. I loved how the stage almost glowed in the light blue during rock dust light star. The planet props are simple yet effective.
Most of all the band sounded tight and amazing. The added brass and increased inclusion of sola and derrick solos was great to see (really enjoying the new samba version of canned heat). Finally from these videos Jay's voice sounds amazing. It really started to weaken during the dynamite era of concerts but now during this rock dust light star era he seems to sound better than ever
Good times ahead !!! |

There's a couple of great shots of the set here
I just love what they've done with the place!
And that version of FJLIS.. it gives me goosebumps! I knew they would mix it up a bit and put in some new versions of old songs but I never expected anything like this!! Can't stop listening to it _________________ May the wind always be at your back, and the sun upon your face...
