The song while the band gets on stage sounds pretty cool. Can't recognize it but reminds me of Kyoto Jazz Massive. |

I wasn't able to check the merchandise... ... I had to safe my place in the front row.
By the way, I have to tell you about the stupid staff in the O2 World.
The doors opend one hour later than expected, and when we were let in they were checking bags very carefully, and a body control as well. I thought I was at a check in at the airport. They asked me if I had any liquid with me, like deodorant...
This took so much time and I got nervous because I saw lots of people going in before me.
Ok, ready with the check in, I immediately started my usual run to the front, but a staff member was shouting: Calm down, don't run!
I slowed down shortly but thought... wtf... can only be a joke! Made a few steps, then started running again. The next guy told me: DON'T RUN!!! .... ...what? Are they serious? I saw the masses walking fast to the front. There were too many before me! So, I started running again. Heard some guys shouting: Don't run!! ... But I didn't care. COME ON!!! I am not coming that early, queuing hours in the cold and then standing in the 10th row or something.
So, I reached the front row and in a second all other places were taken. PHEW!! Made it! |

NIIIICE review!!! I imagine that with all these new arrangements it must be hard to memorize everything perfectly..the songstructures are sometimes quite complicated!!!...
I read some reviews around also somebody on jpp mentioned that the sound was not good...they say that the low frequencies were to dominant in the mix so that you couldn´t hear the bassline properly or jay kays singing....
what did you think about the sound meike??? was everything clear to hear?
and also the band came on stage ONE HOUR late????...no support band?
the pics are superb! thanks so much for sharing ( so quickly!)
everything sounds really strict ( no running, using camera):S ...must be some "big concert policy "

This seems alot to do with O2 & i suppose i will be expecting it in London.
I don't run for the first row though??
it's bad sound there & you get crushed although it is an arena so i don't expect wonderful sound quality & expect a dvd of the tour _________________

I would be really curious about hey floyd as matt said on jamiroquai.com "that he was very happy with his solo which is a rare thing" _________________ "Here it is...there is no way to make it better " |
