you know, i actually think i stumbled on that link doing some research myself on the tour!
got too impatient waiting for rock dust light star so bought it as an import off amazon. SO glad i did. it is boss.
i saw some other info on previous jamiroquai tours in the US so it gave me a little hope, they were here at one point in time. 2011 will probably cover everywhere else but us. hoping maybe they roll around in 2012. our market is a little neglected i guess. there's a lot of crap out there, but there are those of us who actually know and enjoy good music! so like everyone, wishing, hoping, waiting, SAVING money. a jamiroquai show is for sure on my bucket list. |

We're too riddled with PitBull at the moment. :/ _________________ www.funkfiction.com |

Pitbull... lol
I, too, would LOVE for them to come to the US! Unfortunately they don't have much of a presence here these days (a US release of RDLS might help.) Still, a small tour, a few stops and some key cities, why not? I can guarantee that the crowds would be most enthusiastic. Contrary to popular belief, we're not all cretins with bad taste in music! _________________ ~~~"To perchance upon this circumstance is something of a miracle so spiritual, it's verging on the physical."~~~ |

Pitbull has its market. Jamiroquai just is different.
(Pitbull looks like he stepped out of Miami Vice)
This is it. Jamiroquai is not touring the U.S. for RDLS. No Way. The tour is set. No U.S. release either for RDLS.
Well, they could play a couple U.S. sunny spots, for fun (not RDLS). But even doubt this.
And definitely know my city is out.
Just being a realist. |
