Too many headaches! FEEL FREE TO RANT LIKE ME!
Im not even sure what Im tryin to get at with this post, but if you like at the "Jamiroquai News" section, there is so many opposing opinions on when the album is coming out, so much speculation, it's driving me nuts and giving me a bad headache! At this point I don't care if the album comes out until '05 as long as I know for sure that they have an exact, concensus, confirmed release date, that everyone agrees with. Just give us goddamn release date! I think if you were to ask Jay Kay when it's coming out, and then turned around and asked Sony CEO Tommy Mottola when it's coming out, they'd give you diffrerent answers.
My other headaches coming up include handicapping the breeders cup world thoroughbred horse raching championships on 10/30, and all the damn homework from my classes. Not to mention that Im scheduled to work 8 hours for my job, but it's been so busy that I work like 10 every night. It's really good when I get paid, but only when i get paid.
Im sure none of you cared about my retarded rant right there, but I just felt like spouting random stuff for a minute. I think I need a massage from a hot porn star or or somethin to totally relieve my stress lol.
IF IT MAKES Y'ALL FEEL ANY BETTER, FEEL FREE TO USE THIS TOPIC TO RANT AND GET ANY B.S. OFF YOUR CHEST THAT'S BOTHERING YOU OR STRESSIN YOU OUT. ANYTHING! ANYTHING AT ALL! IT'S KINDA FUN TO HEAR WHAT'S BOTHERIN Y'ALL. Otherwise use this topic to tell me to shut up if ya feel like it. I don't mind lol. _________________ Wouldn't 'ya like... EXACTLY!
I don't care when it's released, just give us a little tiny note to give as a rough (official) idea! _________________

OK COOL
Hello there,
Here I go then:
I'm just tired of Sony and it's only-10-tracks-album; tired of bad promotion; tired of horrible electronic paths; tired of not hearing more horns, more acid jazz, more of the old good Jamiroquai stuff. I am not saying the new stuff is all bad, COTE was excellent; -personally I think that if the new album is 'rock orientated' is going to sound like SDP, but well..., I'm tired of waiting 3 years+ for this album that, I HOPE, will blow our minds, and not literally. I want to hear GOOD stuff, good music, good vibes, good rhythm, good lyrics... is not too much asking for almost 2 years of writing and recording for this album (they have Sola, the best percussionist, and Matt that I think it can be even better than Toby... ok, say whatever you want, but Toby left the band in the middle of the tour, and that is to be an ignorant person... he said it was to be with his family, but now he is working with other artists... that really bothered me).
I definetely want them to take off from their concerts 'Alright'... it is a great song, of course, but it has been on almost every concert! (why don't they change for another one, like 'WDWGFH'? That could be a hell of a track live!!)...
OK. I'll stop now. (Good topic though ).
D! (diego)

I'm paraphrasing Scarface....one of the greatest movies ever.
"F$#% Epic Records and f$#% the f#$%@!^ Sony Corporation! F$#% them all! I bury those cockroaches!"
Tony Montana rules....even if he does get shot in the end. _________________ "...I feel that Jamiroquai needs to be taken to another stage now. It really does. I saw a cartoon on the web that had Pikachu get capped by Montana screaming, "You f'n maricon!" It was priceless.
Scarface is one of the top five movies I've ever seen. Brilliant. My favorite scene is the end and the chain saw in the hotel. The first time I saw that, I was thisclose to covering my eyes with something. _________________ "...I feel that Jamiroquai needs to be taken to another stage now. It really does. lol nice to see the topic finally picking up a little steam. I authored it a few weeks back and no one responded for awhile. Seriously y'all if you wanna blow off some steam about anything, not just this mysterious new album, THIS IS THE PLACE TO DO IT.
P.S.: Scarface was good, but the first time I saw it I didn't realize the movie was 3 hours. It flows well, kinda like the way saving private ryan does for being a 3 hour movie, but it goes on and on and on.... lol _________________ Wouldn't 'ya like... To walk the sunny avenues of life? |

My broom hockey team got whooped, 3-0! It was horrible. I can't even crank my slap shot anymore, the refs forced me to stick with wrist shots! _________________ "...I feel that Jamiroquai needs to be taken to another stage now. It really does. Sony needs to market jamiroquai in the us better!!!!!!!! there are so many people who do not know about them or just briefly remember them from virtual insanity. it shouldn't be that way...everyone that likes music and even everyone that doesnt should know about them.so as a result of better marketing a more soul educated america would be here today. if jamiroquai was marketed better we would not have alot of the issues that we have in america today because jamiroquai makes music that just makes u feel good about life!!!! _________________ ISAAC LIGHTFOOT

A team that keeps shooting itself in the foot with stupid penalties deserve to lose....even my Dallas Cowboys.
New York Giants 26, Dallas 10

The Giants are the real deal. They got a healthy Kurt Warner (the first time he's been healthy in 3 seasons), and they bolstered their "d" when they added run stuffers Fred Robbins (former MN Viking, we miss him) and Normand Hand. And most importantly, Tiki Barber got rid of his case of the "dropsies"/fymble-itis.
The Cowboys have Parcells. They'll be fine. Trust me. _________________ Wouldn't 'ya like... To walk the sunny avenues of life? |

But they have to do better now....the second half of the season for the Boys has a punishing road schedule. Last year, they beat up on lesser teams that they didn't have to worry about the second half biting them. This year....
Funny thing though, here in Boston, not one word on the Patriots, despite their big winning streak. Football's taking a back seat here. _________________ "...I feel that Jamiroquai needs to be taken to another stage now. It really does.
