| It is for real now. I have recorded four songs to my computer that I found on the tapes that Stuart gave me and it will be released when the new website is up, which I am helping Stuart with too. |
Skatecowboy, can you shed some light on these tracks? Are these outtakes or just random improvisations during the recordings? |

The tapes I got had nearly finished tracks from the original TROTSC-album. But on one of them you can hear Jay sing the song little bit different. The rest is instrumental. And while two of them sounds close to the original, the third one blew my mind and sound more dirty, funky, groovy than the original ended up on the release.
Sorry for not saying more than this right now. But we want the website to come with supriseses for all of you.
Hopefully we can also get hold of more tapes. Stuart is digging right now for more. But at least there is four songs secured for now and will come out soon.
I'll see if Stuart can put on some small snippets of it on his facebook page so you all can hear how funky it is. |

Hello!
Wow, more demowork flooding out! That 20 seconds of "Scam" sound damn amazing, the more horns the better! I also look forward to hearing all this additional early Jami goodness, thanks for the heads-up SkateCowboy, already posted about this over on the JAMIROQUAI Subreddit On Reddit I moderate:

Wow! Absolutely amazing!
SkateCowboy, thank you so much for the work you do!
By the way, has Stuart mentioned if it would be possible to release Symphonized? |

He probably would not be legally allowed to post completed songs, if he even has them, but instrumentals/demos might be overlooked by Sony or others. |

Well that didn't stop Nick Van Gelder from posting that SLEW of Nomi Rehearsal/live tracks from the pre-EOPE era on his YouTube, jamfan2005. Stuart owns these tapes, Sony doesn't, so he's got the right to do whatever he wants with the contents of them, but it was said they are mostly 'instrumental' demos, so granted, Sony will pay no notice to this sharing. Again...ROLL ON FEB. 8TH! _________________

Thank you.
Symphonized is the thing I want to listen the most. Is the Holy Grail of albums. |

It really is. I'm scared I'm gonna die without listening to the recording sessions/finished songs from Symphonised. It really hurts me. |

I just think that Sony would treat unreleased album material differently. Because no matter what, an unreleased album always has a potential for being released (as long as the studio has a say in it). |

Hi SkateCowboy (and everyone !)
Thank you very much for all these good news !
I'd like to know if Stuart got on tapes or digital the original Synkronized album, aka Symphonised ?
And the Travelling Without Moving's outtake Lost In Love ? (heard once in my first Jamiroquai gig in 1997?)
Best regards ! _________________ "People find it's hard to be strong, cos' they don't know where they're coming from" |
