Just some pointless further research, accordingly to Wikipedia the addition of Jamiroquai was made in September 23th of this year by and anonymous canadian contributor.

UPDATE: Now the 'Jamiroquai' Page on Wikipedia is noting 'XLRecordings' as their new/current record label, screen capture from my Instagram:

Well, in the past, we've seen the 'weirdest' places yield ACTUAL Jamiroquai news/updates. The most interesting being when the actual 'tracklisting' for Jamiroquai's album "Dynamite" was leaked via P2P Music Sharing sites when Sony was inundating the services with 'dummy fake' audio leaks of the new Jami album to combat the height of internet music piracy. So who knows, I am of course messaging/tweeting the Bandmembers/XLRecordings for confirmations..so fingers crossed!

Yeah, hopefully we will get another 'nugget' of news soon, be it another 'MJ vinyl video snippet' or an extremely belated 'record label announcement'. But as always, 'wishful thinking' veiled in 'speculation' prevails online!

Hi all. Now this XL Recordings thing might be just a false info but if it isn't and they actually are signed with them, then that is just BRILLIANT news in my opinion. It is a high profile label, with quality releases, smart marketing strategies and good reputation. For Jamiroquai this indicates that they are re-creating their skin and are offering a solid record that could result into the band getting a cure for their "mixed" reputation on many aspects. Well, let's wait for it/anything.
