That's good news, the mixing was done perfectly on that album, imo. I use Synkronized, particularly Canned Heat, as a standard when testing any new audio equipment. |

They did say on several 'social media' occasions that they are leaving the dispensing of 'Automaton' album-related announcements to the Record label, Virgin/EMI.

as long as they release before march, any day in february

Still I think it should be pointed out that, with so far +8 sale listings for Automaton, they are ALL 'Double LP Vinyl' releases. You all think they are possibly dumping a CD release for a Vinyl only Automaton release?

I would like to point out that Vinyl mastering / finalizing process differs significantly from CD/digital. And the overall process is also longer. This may mean different people responsible for (certain) mastering processes. Also this may affect the release dates (for eg. Vinyl listings to be appearing earlier when you must confirm the date earlier etc.)

There is last few years big problem that the manufacturing capacity is lower than the demand so if you are not able to order your commision in time then there will always be delay. |
