We know they did two videos, so maybe we'll see the Cloud 9 video soon. I doubt they will release it so close to Automaton though...

I was worried with the possibility of no video for Cloud 9, as the teaser was just nothing like a music video, but you're right, there's two videos so maybe the next is for Cloud 9.
I was really not expecting this second single that soon, just wonder how they will fill this month and a half from now till the album release, because Automaton is getting out of streaming charts fast, and the daily views for its video has decreased a lot. They need to keep the hype up! |

I think they will follow do what they did originally with the first single, title track 'Automaton' nearly a week ago, make the 2nd music video/single for "Cloud 9" simultaneously available for streaming/pay download on VEVO Youtube/Amazon.com/Spotify etc. on Friday, Feb. 10th. This move would make the most sense...

If you look back over one of my old posts, it was exactly as I'd predicted - another single to keep the momentum going. Depending on the timing of the release, but it should be somewhat of a midway point between the first single and the album release.
Marketing, they're doing it right. |

I love Cloud 9 It's like a mellow, chilled out funk jam. Really smooth. I could sense some obvious cuts in there since this was the radio edit so I can't wait to hear the full version!
