The "J-Talk" webmaster has posted 6th album note.. Hello, Well, in funny & serious note, the MIA Official Site Webmaster posted today on "J-Talk". And here's the pithe' message he left: New album Posted by Webmaster on 25/10/2004 17:48:23 Dear Fans Jamiroquai are hard at work in the studio recording their 6th studio album, release is looking likely for Spring 2005. I know, your probably thinking, "What?!? That's it, no more news, that's the best they could come up with?!?" I was thinking the exact thing, but in a even more angry mind. Why couldn't share some type of reasoning the idleness of the maintaining of the Official Site on their side? Why couldn't they be at least "man enough" to admit to failing at their jobs and apologize to the fans? Well, I left a scathing, constructive and somewhat angry reply post to it, and here's what I said: Hehe, just back from a extended holiday, We demand a apology.... Raw Clam eating in Hawaii? Or basic idleness? Well, I guess I have to be a little thankful for your update post, but hate to burst your bubble mate, but I'm NOT thankful. Sorry to say but Sola & Derrick have beat you to the punch with a 6th album update. Derrick says that the 6th Jam album is due out March/April 2005, same with Sola, and I would trust their word about the state of Jamiroquai MORE than some Official Site webteam and webmaster who have been non-existant for the past and going on 3+ years. I know I'm being a little harsh, but you must realize, which Derrick and Sola completely understand, that we fans have been treated like crap, with all these false release dates rumours that WERE verified by Sonymusic (Finland) , then retracked, and we deserve more of a apology from the Official webteam than some "repeated reminder release dates". I mean, let's face it, the Official Site, originally devised to be a much needed closer connection between JK, Jamiroquai and the fanbase was turned into a profitable Jamiroquai yardsale website, selling and only being updated to push new Jamiroquai merchandise, with THEIR MUSIC being the exception. I mean, if it wasn't for Jamiroquai fansites like The Funkin Site (www.funkin.com), The late Frenchiroquai site (www.frenchiroquai.com), The JamiroTalk.net International Fan Forums (www.jamirotalk.net), and the Italian Jamirosite (ww.jamirosite.com), then we would be completely in the dark on the latest Jamiroquai happenings. The fanbase should be more indebted to the webmasters of those select fansites than the Official Site. But, you can make things better for us fans, update the Official Site for a change OR let the webmaster of a fansite have the right to update the Official site with the latest news, Upgrade the chat forums and add a actual fully functioning chatroom or some other creative things. I would like to apologize for all that I have said, I didn't mean to sound as harsh, I was just trying to convey the consensus of our feelings I have seen. I hope you all there at Sony can rectify the problems OR at least leave us a proper apology. Thank you all for listening and take care of yourselves. Peace! Hello Jamirotalkers, Well... I was going to post a reply after Brent's one, but after the 6th line I realize it was not a post, it was more like an insult, so I decided not to post it. I think everything we have on our heads is on Brent's post, now we just have to wait and see what happens. D! (diego)

Well---thanks a lot you guys( Brent and Diego).....like Funkeducation says youre always asking all those people about news... "that fans have been treated like crap", Brent says.. Im totally agree with you.. like i said in another topic...the only good thing that this "Official Site" have is the Intro in Flash...the rest.................................................... here is another evidence how lazy is the webmaster of the "official" site.. he posted on j.talk that album will be released on 2005 but in the news section when you click on nick fyffe,it says "Jamiroquai, who are currently working on their 6th studio album, due for release Autumn 2004, will announce the name of their new bassist shortly. " 2004 yeah right! _________________ "on the bass st.st..st..stuuu zender!!"

i think that if you were to complain to sony, then you would get something done, coz theyd be a bit annoyed when the webmaster cant even do a good job and get paid for it while you guys do an excellent job and get only satisfaction for it

Indignance and indifferance is the soured spoonful that the post gave me. Then when I went to the bathroom to rinse my mouth out, I looked in the mirror and saw JamiroFan2K staring back at me with the same look on his face. (Please note: However, I have a thicker beard than him). JamiroFan2K speaks so eloquently again on my (and many others of you as well) behalf. The dull atmosphere of laissez-faire and lethargy of the official site's webmaster lingers in the air after reading one of his/her posts like cigar smoke on a cold damp evening. Mr. David Rowe is going to have the effect of air conditioning on the official site; heating it up when it's cool, and cooling it down when it's hot, and filtering out the things that irritate us and cause allergies. ;-llll (I am squinting to focus through the smoke) h
