Well... you just put that on the bed, and then with the control remote I have in my right hand, you can produce vibrations from your head to your toes. You have different timers and you can also produce heat for winter... it is amazing yeah! Don't ask me how much it costed, it was a gift. The old lady that lived above us moved out so the things that she couldn't carry with her, were for us. The massage thing was one of them.
