The movie was funny. But as far as the "Canned Heat" part of it I kinda hate it. The scene was funny and entertaining, but it's also causing a new answer to the question "Do you like the music group Jamiroquai?".

Before when I'd ask people this, they'd say "That's the guy who did Virtual Insanity right?". I still get that response from people sometimes, but the new one is "Yeah... I like that song in Napolean Dynamite". Both answers expose the U.S. music fanbase for not knowing Jamiroquai at all, but now there are two reasons instead of 1 lol.

It was never really all that successful at the box office, and never really was in wide release (it means playing at most movie theaters). It was kinda considered an indie flic here, but it kinda gained a cult following, and from there it really started picking up steam with people.

It is kinda like the movie Offic Space in that sense. It was a movie that really didn't do anything in terms of movie theater revenue, but it gained a cult following, and now everyone has seen it and loves it. And furthermore can recite so many memorable and funny lines and scenes from the movie.

N. Dynamite is about this kinda messed up, sheltered high school teen from the state of Idaho in the U.S. It's a comedy that just kinda goes through a few different events in a few weeks worth of time. It just focuses on him, his friends, and his messed up family life. It's not a sad movie at all, it's just kinda a weird, but very funny comedy. You'll go out of it thinking "Damn, this movie is messed up", but you'll like it.

Supersonic or Jamirofan, or anyone else who has seen it, who thinks I gave a bad descriptiopn or wants to add something to it, feel free to. I'd rent it at the video/dvd rental place close to you if it's there Catman.
