there's a great brisbane band called 'Phoebus' - real acid jazz, lots of scat, great stuff
btw did anyone else make it to the last brisbane gig - part of the AFO tour? _________________ Have to get UP to get DOWN

Yeah, I was at that Brissy gig. Went to quite a few gigs when they were here in '02.

Yeah, that's right. And then they turned up to the party after the gig in Brissy... Things are OK - looking forward to some summer weather, that's for sure!!! |

lol looking forward to summer weather ay! oh thats right ur a melbonite.... right now im in Cairns and we' seem to be forever stuck with hot beautiful weather! hehe lol... i cant wait til i get bak to sydney actually... more coldness:d HORRAY!

yeah im hoping cat empire opens for jamiroquai thatd be great i can just imagine it now and this 2005ctour will be my first jamiroquai concert cause the afo tour i was too young for but now its all good i cant wait |

yer cat empire would be good... maybe someone newer tho coz Zephyr Timbre open'd last time for them... maybe hiltop hoods? they r newer arent they ? they r hiphopish right? or have i been listening to mcuh psy lately? lol |

yeah hilltop hoods is hip hop but i rekon what would really get the crowd going would be cat empire like there music is just so like uplifting and would get eveyone syked for the big show where are u from i hope they come to brisbane im from byronbay.... |

ohh ohh ohh... i was watching bert newton today and saw this group called BPM (beats per minute) perform and wow i think they r prertty gr8 and could look like they could open for jamiroquai quite similiar to zephyr |

i went to the blues fest in byronbay and saw michael franti and spear head, the wailers (bob marleys old band awwwwwwwsum!) , R.E.M (everyone shood know who they are) and lisa hunt (a girl off the supreems) they are all ellible for opening a concert specially lisa hunt she does all covers of 80's osul would really get ya in the mood.... r.e.m are too hippie lol _________________
