 Now, I don't think the world will come to a end for that radio station, maybe a "slap on the wrist" for Giel, or a fine of some amount . Look at these funny statistics so far:
FJLIS Pay download original release Date: March 21st (retracked)
FJLIS Pay download leaked onto Napster UK: March 7th (for 1 day)
FJLIS Initial Radio Playdate (Unconfirmed): April 23rd
FJLIS Unofficial Radio Debut: April 12th
 Gosh, who knows what's next to be leaked or played ! Dynamite Sampler? Leroy's New Album? Denise Van Outen's Dog Collar Registration Number?  I was kidding about the last one ! Thanks for listening and Peace!

Radio stations in Holland pay an amount of money for copyright on songs so they don't have to pay for each song. I thinks this is why Giel won't get in trouble for this or at least not in big trouble. I don't hope he gets in trouble because i think he's one of the best dj's in Holland. |

This is a new situation. The link goes to a national radio station and not to some small little web-radio show or website with MP3's.
3FM is a national station and if they've done something wrong by playing the track, then THEY should get in trouble.

That's some inane logic you got there. Anyway, this forum is small time and the chances of you guys getting in trouble are close to nonexistent.
Glad to see Jamiroquai gets radio play somewhere.  |

Opinions about FJLIS will be mixed.
First time I heared it playing on the radio (yesterday @ 3FM) I even doubted  it was really Jamiroquai.
Right now I think this record is a different, but still a cool  sound.
Anyway, I still hope this is not the style of the complete album, but that the rest of Dynamite will be a little more funky.
