I don't love the song, but the video is superb!
Jay as the blue faced pimp is just classic.
Joseph Kahn for the next vid please Jay! |

Ah Jay was in the blue candyman suit? I thought that was the case
I think the best aspects of the video were the effects and the candyman, although he can give very bad nightmares |

i disagree, i love the song its the new music that is needed to bring back jamiroquai to the limelight, its controversal, evil and sexy and i think it will work. they needed something that will grab the attention of new and old fans, and this song is certainly going that way in my opintion.
The video is amazing, the candy man is freeky, i will have nightmares tonight!!!!, the scene where he sinks in the ground and something comes out of his hat, is this the old AFO hat with a bit added on or another one???
This year will be jamiroquai's best year, its new, funky and fresh, a winning formula in my opinion!! especially seven days in june i love that song!!!!!!!

Does anyone know who will direct the next jamiroquai singles? such as for Electirc Mistress & Seven Days? does anybody else know also when those songs get released as singles?
so far, the one I'm most looking forward to seeing is Seven Days, I LOVE that song |

Have you noticed: When Jay is in the house, and the candy man is making his moves at the lamp, the window shades are moving up and down to the rhythm!!! _________________ ~ I look up to Heaven, every star I see is mine.

Yep! Would have never imagined that Jay could look so damn unsexy!!! _________________ ~ I look up to Heaven, every star I see is mine.

This is one of the most bizarre videos I've ever seen. The candyman doesn't look at all like Jay, but his moves are identical. I noticed the AFO hat too, I really didn't expect that. Maybe for some continuity between albums (no one recognized Jay over here when he lost the black fur top hat).
I've got to say I don't like the music that's under "i'm on the phone...". It sounds exactly like Deeper Underground. Personally I liked keeping it the same like it was in the leaked version.
Wonder if this'll get any airplay in the states. And I'm pulling for Michel Gondry for future videos! |

I personally find the candyman the most creepiest thing, I think its his "smile" that makes him look so twisted.
It was the whole weirdness of the video that left me confused, saying "what the heck was that!"
Which city was the video filmed in? |

I agree evoV, the candyman does look very similiar to the Joker, I wouldnt' be surpised if that was a big inspiration for the idea. |
