Jay Kay hates the Jay Kay!!!
Hello Jamirotalkers,
We have to start calling him only Jay! Look what I found:

I see the logic in that, I call him just Jay, and when my friends call him Jay Kay, or type his name out as JK, it pisses me off.

I like Jay Kay. As he says it has a nice ring to it and it's short unlike if you had to say something like Pharrell Williams. It's too long! Pharrell works as does Jay Kay. Why do you hate it when they call J JK Miss sparkles

Hey, Jay... in the real world people are identified by their last names as well!! We're not all famous enough to be known by just our first names!!!

Interesting, but irritates me if I chat with my friend and he calls Jay Jay Kay.  I always Jay I write if I talk to him.   But this good to notice what Jay said with regard to the future.  |

some people call me by my whole name, while others just call me by my first name.
it used to annoy me as some people said it as tho my name was some nasty word, to annoy me perhaps. Maybe Jay feels the same , and this is why he says this...
My friend once said that she couldn't say my first name without my second name after, like callin a teacher just 'Mister' or 'missis' . it was natural to her. I believe that it must be so natural to other fans too to call him buy his 'full' name.
I think we should just call him Jason. XD

It is interesting that his mommy called him Jason only. But for me this would be a little bit odd to get acclimatized.  Jay is left for me always.  |
