It's a cool picture for an inlay, but as many people already wrote, I rather like a cover with the Buffaloman! _________________

Looks like thats it then!
It's actually a really nice cover, I love black and white pictures. The text still looks a bit funny in my opinion, but if two sites are listing it like this (including HMV, big company) then it's more likely than before. Bit strange it has no purple in it after all though _________________

Looks official to me...this picture reminds me of the black and white pic of Jay inside the liner notes to Synkronized, the one where he's making a gun with his hands. _________________ "...I feel that Jamiroquai needs to be taken to another stage now. Yes, I agree with you, it's not very original and I'm really disappointed with the hat. I mean, I love it, but it's not original anymore. Besides, I wanted to see the return of the Buffalo Man *sigh*
Jay is very handsome in that pic, though . Now, no longer joking, I think we should be positive about the album... Perhaps the cover is in black and white because the real "dynamite" is in the album itself. We are so into appearence that we forget to see that the really important thing is the inside ---> Thanks to Master FRA _________________

Where is the darn 'Dynamite'?
Hello,
I agree, looks like they dropped the "Creative ball" on this Dynamite album cover . I mean, I was expecting to see JK, in his modded AFO hat, with the band in the dark, on a green hill, shooting off Buffalomen shaped bottle rockets for the album cover, not sitting around, in the dank loneliness looking sad, in a homeless persons or squatter's home in black & white! To be honest, the FJLIS single is WAY better than the Dynamite album cover. I think fans would want a exciting album cover to greet them when they divy out their hard-earned currencies to buy it, not rush in and have their collective jaw hit the ground with surprise with THIS cover. I just hope this is only a temporary scan and not the ACTUAL album cover, but if I'm wrong, then bollocks to whomever thought up this album cover concept . Thanks for listening and Peace!
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000 _________________

Well, I hoped with you JamiroFan, but unfortunately this seems to be the real album cover (it's used in the official shop now)... _________________

Can't accept this one folks....
If this is the cover, then something is very wrong. I can't see how Jay , being the flash and dash kind of guy he is, approving of a boring image like this; especially when the album is called DYNAMITE.
Nothing DYNAMITE about this at all. Sorry. |

In a way I understand the meaning of the cover...It's raw, underground, pushed to the edge like they're saying: be afraid, Jamiroquai are gonna get u! but really I don't think it's the definitive artwork for the album!!
Anyway, We could write a post why we don't like it and ask jamline and jamirotalk.net members to undersign and then ask David Rowe, who is now working near jay and the boys, to show our dislike towards the cover.
It may not work but we can try
Peace

Who cares about the cover? The real dilema is to decide whether to order the album online for £12.99 and be in with the chance of a keyring or a perspex Space Cowboy, or to get it from Amazon for £8.99 because I don't know what the hell a perspex Space Cowboy is... _________________
