Return of... Venyl
Hey there jampeoples,

I found The Return of the SC today at a recordstore on Venyl S180. Is that normal, or a special limited delivery to the place? I asked the people there, and they said, the guy who ordered it never showed up. If it's normal I'll buy the trible cd collection-box-thing in the store on sale, with you know EOPE+TROTSpace Cowboy+TWM...

Does anyone know? Is the sound better? I do have a phonoplayer...

vinil is just the material that LP's are done, to own a vinil is just to have that particular item, quite mytical stuff, and of course a bigger cover of the album! !!! Smile
today's vinils singles got even better quality than a cd (believe or not)

A lot of tracks are still released on vinyl, at least here in the UK.

The 180g part, means 180 grams, so it is thicker vinyl and meant to give a better quality sound.

Hey!

I got both Emergency On Planet Earth and The Return Of The Space Cowboy on 180g Virgin Vinyl from www.simplyvinyl.com for around £10 each (including postage and packing). If you can get hold of one, do! Mine remain unopened as they're most definately collector's items.

Hey there, Very Happy

Do you guys know where I can by a 'modern' phonoplayer, without it being too expensive?? I have an old phillips, and it's good,- (by the way great sound <ROTSCowboy) -but it's an old one and clumsy and heavy..
Cool
