Any news on a full London gig?
Hello peeps!
I am moving to the UK from Oz and am busting to see a Jami gig but won't make it in time for the B Live gig.
Are there any scheduled gigs for London other than this or should I be consulting ryanair.com for some flights to....where ever?
If so, what's your recommendations? What gig do you think is going to blow the roof off so to speak? _________________ You're my magic star, don't fly too far from me..... |

hey brooke,
sorry, there are no full london gigs planned at present. they sometimes come back and do a couple more uk shows at the end of the tour, if you want to wait that long.
the closest gigs to london are the birmingham (tues) and nottingham (sunday) ones. they are both around 2hrs by car or train, and the nottingham one is nearly sold out.
i was a bit surprised that there were no gigs in the south of the uk. your best bet might be to go up to manchester at the weekend, you can normally find cheap weekend deals on b&bs in the cities. |

Hey thanks for replying jordy!
It does seem a little strange that there are no shows scheduled for London as I figured:
Lots of people = lots of concerts!
Alas it's not to be!! Well not yet anyway!
I'll be keeping my ear to the ground for news on this and my eye on eBay for tickets to alternatives! _________________ You're my magic star, don't fly too far from me..... |

There sure were, two consecutive dates at the start of March to finish off the first part of the 2001 tour at Wembley Stadium. I'm almost positive they'll come back and do the same thing this year after Japan and Australia, probably around October/November time. _________________

Prolly. Am going up to Birmingham now anyway, just in case. If London turns up, then all good - I'll go twice |
