Yo muzzander - Julian doesn't play for Incognito anymore, he's moved on like Randy did. Can't remember the name of the new guy -- great player though and good playing on the lastest album!

I also hear there's another album on the way soon! Cool

oh he's not with the band anymore...i think bluey didnt paid him enough money to keep him around for a little longer...with such a long list of group members, he surely didnt get alot of $$ after the money split...

Yeh... well it's amazing how little money Incognito make - they struggle from album to album, tour to tour. One of the guys over at SZC forum knows Randy Hope-Taylor. He was saying that he made so little money... when he left and Jeff Beck finished touring Randy was working as a bus driver for a couple of years!!!

Think he's back on tour with Jeff Beck again now though!

I suppose it's only right Bluey makes the most money out of Incognito - it is his baby after all!

Nah, it was a guy called Paul 'tubbs' williams, if my memory serves me correctly!

Mind you, that album was back in 1981!! The one after that was 'Inside Life' in 1991... 10 year gap eh! They still have about 100 albums! Laughing

Yes, funkynic - the North Sea Jazz 03 is a great piece of video footage!!

You're making me curious. Does anyone have any recommendations as to which songs to listen to? Some tunes that give a good impression of what they do? I see they've done so much, so...

Everything your heart desires
The 25th Cahpter
Beyond the Clouds
Parissiene Girl
Summer's Ended
Wake up the city
Sunborn

I recommend you the whole "Life, stranger than fiction" album. It's my favourite.
