And Jamiroquai?
 I just want to say that we're doing things wrong. This forum was created to talk about Jamiroquai and lately we're more interested in personal issues or quarrels between users than the band itself. This is such a shame, we're being really immature. Perhaps it's a feeling I have, but the atmosphere of a family we had some months ago its fading away very fast. It would be good to bring it back again.
We should not let our issues become more important than the Jamiroquai one's.

Yes as a community we are bound, at times, to argue. But we must not lose sight of our greater purpose, and realise the things that bring us together, not highlight the differences that set us apart
this is why we created a new aussie pride... but the same could be said of the whole forum! |

That's exactly what I meant in my previous posts. it looks like personal pride is more important that anything. jamiroquai is not the most important thing in the world, but I think it's the matter that unites us and the reason why we are here.
I have great moments on this forum, sharing stuff and experiences with non-amateur fans (this is the best reason I prefer this forum and not the "official"), but I hate when stupid discussions happen. I miss Ivan and Mike, I don't care what they've done before, they're great fans and the forum isn't the same since they "left".
Let's hope the emotions will be calmed down.

I alsoam feeling the same thing.. i feel the family feeling this community gave has faded and I sometimes feel my oppinion isnt gettign across because mods or admin are pissed off with a certain subject. We gotta work together on things.. We know mike is very special to us and he is very challenging at times but u gotta work with him not against him.......
Things arent ALWAYS about Jamiroquai.. look at the news thread and stuff its pretty dry at the moment.. we dont always come here just for jamiroquai. Many bonds have been made here (not just jamiroquai related bonds..)

surprisingly we tried to work WITH him, he was the one who was working against us. but in the end - i am not a the babysitter for people who need special treatments.

fUnK[iLo] is right. this forum was created to give the fans a platform to talk about jamiroquai. something that was truly missing on the internet when it was originally created. the forum has grown tremendously since and people from all over the world make jamirotalk a meeting point to talk about various subjects. it's not always easy to keep things calm and we try to respect the different backgrounds, believes and circumstances that people come from as long as people respect others as well. if not - we will not give these people a platform to speak up. there are other places for that. definitely not jamirotalk!

Just keep in mind that the moderators/team members are not your enemies. We are your friends and try to keep this place cosy. We are always trying to work things out peacefully and try to work with you, not against. But this must come from both sides!
I could also throw out all team members and let this forum be unmoderated, but then you would have the same situation as on the official Jam forums, and I think this is not what you want, is it? 
Huge thanks to all of you who sent us messages/emails in which you support our work! Much appreciated and gives me a bit of motivation to go on and not to give up. Thanks.
