Sighting
Not meaning to make too many people jealous, but I just want to add that I had the pleasure of seeing Jay on Saturday afternoon cruising nearby his Buckinghamshire Country Manor House in his silver open top Ferrari.
For those that don't know, I live in a village about 5 minutes drive from Jay's place, and I find it quite exciting seeing my favourite singer driving about the area, and it is quite spooky when you are actually listening to one of Jamiroquai's CD's at the time! _________________ Flying higher than a pig in space! |

That's really great!!! What did you do - waving and blowing a horn?? If I would live near to his house I would fake a car break down and wait until he comes along. Maybe he would be a "Gentleman" and stop to ask if he could help Probably only if I would be a blond supermodel with a short skirt and high boots on Would be worth a try.... |

You lucky Bobski!!!
Hello everyone, :bm_r:
You are SO LUCKY Bobski, living close to JK's home! You should of flagged him down for a autograph, or got on the side of the road and act like your fainted, but that would be wrong. I hope at least he waved, you should take a trip down to the mansion Bobski and take JK a gift. Maybe a fruitbasket and say your a neighbor, he might let you come in, just a idea! Thanks for listening and be sure not to get hit by JK if he tears through your towne again in his fast car. Take care and Peace!
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000

Re: Sighting
Woah, you're really lucky, Where do you live? It's impossible to meet JK here 'cause I live in Spain. Funny pic over there! Next time you see him tell him that he gotta come back to Madrid and make another gig.
Jay and the guys rock!!!
Love to everybody! _________________

Yes, being a Jamiroquai fan it was quite exciting when I heard Jay had brought a place just up the road.
However, considering how near I am to him, I have only ever seen him, and a few other band members, a few times in the years he has lived near me. I have only ever seen him in his cars - an old Merc Jeep, his silver 550 Ferrari and his silver 360 Spider Ferrari. I've also seen Derek Mackenzie in a BMW with DM on the number plate coming from Jay's house's direction, and I've seen the "Ferrari" tour bus going up there as well.
I've not actually seen him on foot yet, but some of my mates have spoke to him in Tesco's and at the petrol station, etc.
Considering that I go past the road to his house twice a day, 5 days a week, on my way to and from work, this isn't really many sightings, but I suppose it is still more sightings that you foreign Jamiroquai fans have!
I would never go up to Jay's house uninvited as I respect Jay's privacy, and it worries me when I hear of people having done this, as it makes me fear that he will move away. _________________ Flying higher than a pig in space! |

That's really not very often that you've seen him. But I must agree that going to his house without being invited is very impolite!! Although it must be very alluring if you live that close.
But meeting him at the petrol station is also a nice idea
One thing that came on my mind yesterday was: in an interview Jay said that they all wanted to go to his new house in Scottland to write songs for the next album and now they all went to Italy..... ???? Was it a weather / sunshine question ?? What do you think about it??? |
