Jazz-Festival in Finnland
I just read at funkin.com that Jamiroquai is going to play on a Jazz Festival in Finnland in July 2003. Ok - if they go to Finnland they could also do a little trip to Germany and play here at a little Festival Rolling Eyes Oh wouldn't that be great!!!!!??

Finlicious Jamiroquai delight!
buffaloman_B Hello everyone, :bm_b:

What great news Butterfly has shared, Jamiroquai playing their first show of 2003 in Finland at the Pori Jazz Festival (Link to info about show: http://www.porijazz.fi) in July! Ohhh boy *rubs hands together real fast in pure excitement*, this can only mean that the bulk of the 6th Album has been put in the tin and they are ready to play them live! In regards to Butterfly in June, yeah, that would be a gracious move on part of Jamiroquai to hit Finland THEN do a special show in Germany (In my view, where the largest concentration of Jamirophiles reside!), Oh please let there be a new version of "Cannabliss" with more Sola percussions added! I'm this performances will have two BIG surprises: 1. A new crop of Jamiroquai songs that have more echoes of the old sound! AND 2. A new super-colossal-extra-funky-junky-bunny-rock-N-bowler-roll-fake-animal-fur-that-causes-a-dancer-blur hat that will highlight JK's head! I was pondering on what materials JK might use in the creation of the new hat, here some I would like to see used: Sheep fleece, Silver & Gold, paperclips, some really big buttons, and silk! I'm sorry for my overexcitied tone, I think some of Smellbob's youthful happiness has rubbed off on me, but I've always been a silly fool! Thanks for listening and the usual props to CosmicMouse and Bear! Take care everyone and Peace!

Fighting my first cold of 2003 hoping it's not SARS,
JamiroFan2000

Let the return of the old sound begin!!!!!!

P.S. I know I have strayed away from the trademark of my posts, so here we go.....

-------------------------------------------------------------
tock tock JAMIROFAN'S FIRST THOUGHT OF 2003 tock tock
-------------------------------------------------------------
*stretchs back, wiggles fingers and lets the magic enlight
the keyboard* Oh, I can't wait for the Finland show, oh please
let the warm vibes of the first two albums entrance us fans again
into a fluzzy glow!!!

Maybe the hat could be made of balloons... 8O

uh oh.. now you've inspired me to be crazier than you! Here is a list of crazy hat materials that could be used :

-a bowl
-a newspaper
-a jacket
-eyeglass lenses
-lipstick tubes
-shoes
-troll dolls
-clay
-papier mache
-wood
-a fish aquarium
-an old computer
-etc..

Darn. I wish I could go.. but sadly I don't travel and even if I wanted to, I don't have any money Sad

:D
This thread's gone "hat crazy".

There's a few from J Talk going - I'm hoping to go - if the current financial situation has a turnaround (oh sounds polite - basically I'm up shit creek, but think I've found my paddle).

Anyway - (Very Happy) one of the fans from Russia is having a problem with finding reservations in the hotels. Do any of you lot know anywhere? Or maybe what are the camping arrangements like? Is the Festival a tent one?

and Very Happy

and I'm knackered - but Very Happy
