interesting to note the venues, which seem to be a bit odd:
adelaide (here), memorial drive... definitely has more soul than the entertainment centres, but also in perth... THE SUPREME COURT GARDENS???
some unorthodox places to have a JMQ concert.... |

Very interesting choice of venues. Maybe they're looking at a double-tour like they did last time and they'll be back within a year for a bigger tour? They also clash with the Foo Fighters who are doing a proper tour this time around. I know I've got tix to the Sydney FF show the night after the Newcastle Jamiroquai show will be on.
The Newcastle venue is a great concert arena. Its like a tiny stadium with a low roof and the tin shed feel works well with a lot of bands here.

Im telling ya, melbourne at the sidney myer music bowl that was definately a good choice in venue, it will suit the vibes perfectly and make one enjoyable event. If anyones near Row U gimmie a yell, ill be the one with the boofy hair. |

woot. got the tickets in the mail the other day... very excited indeed now...
hope they play the Hendrix cover - Crosstown Traffic...
anyone else hoping for something in particular??
