buffaloman_B Hello everyone, :bm_b:

I may be a day late with this news, but I've been fighting ANOTHER cold, so my brains are a bit scrambled! Little C & Toff, two french fans, went to the Le Mans Jamiroquai gig this past weekend and came with some KILLER live pictures, here's two links to the pictures on each of their respective sites, cheers again to Little C and Toff for taking some classic pictures Wink :
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000

Great pictures Little C :-)
buffaloman_R Hello again, :bm_r:

Killer pics, Little C, I especially like the second one, JK standing kicking out the tunes! Wink! In regards to DIDGIN's question, uh, from what I've read and heard they didn't debut any new stuff Sad <---pretty much every fans face after hearing this. They did however play some new funky versions of "Use The Force" & "Just Another Story" (My fav and probably the most underrated Jamiroquai song!). Check out more about the Le Mans gig at the Frenchiroquai Forums at www.frenchiroquai.com (Translate using Google Or Altavista translation). Thanks for listening and Little C, if you have more Le Mans you didn't use on your site, please post them here Smile! Peace!

Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000

USE THE FORCE and JUST ANOTHER STORY?!?!?!?! Yes! That's wonderful news!

I love Just Another Story too, and I think it's great that they played it again. I'm always afraid that with the release of new the album they play mostly new stuff, and I really want to hear some old tunes. Maybe we'll even get to hear the return of Space Cowboy! Or Emergency on Planet Earth! Woah, I'm getting too excited. But these songs used to be staples of a concert, and now they've given way to songs like Canned Heat, good songs, but not ones that I like as much as the old Acid Jazz. Furthermore, I was always blown away why Twenty Zero One was such a huge favorite among European fans! I don't get it. Not enough music there for me.

While in the UK I picked up LIVE IN VERONA (finally, although I'm going to have to mess around with my DVD player to get it to play Region 2) and the UK release of ROTSC. My US release was all scratched up, and I needed to get a new one. Anyway, I just can't get used to Just Another Story being the first track! I actually think I prefer the flow of the US release, with Space Cowboy as first track and JAS as the second to last (the last being a live version of Light Years).

Well, that's enough for me for now. I hope we get some new recordings on Funkin! (I don't know, there might be some now, I haven't checked).

Cheers!

JAS
Just another story is an amazing track. When they break into the full-on jazz section a minute before the final instrumental and hes full belting out the tune - onne word - MAGIC!! Out of the 5 albumns ROTSC was the last that in a small aussie town i could get my hands on and at first i didnt really like it that much but then i listened to it more and it has ended up as one of my faves. I LOVE manifest destiny, JAS, Journey to Arnhemland and the kids or and who could forget mr moon and stillness in time!

Le mans looked fanastic!
