JGRIZZ SAYS :
So sorry, I've been so busy with going to the shows and work, I haven't had any time to get online.
The Vegas show was great!.
Jay's incredible dancing just amazes me every time I see him. Being right up front makes it evens more memorable too.
We (wifey and I) were in the 2nd row in front of the stage. Although because it was Vegas they allowed smoking I didn't really enjoy myself but I guess you just have to deal sometimes.
They played a rockin' Canned Heat, as always. With most of his best dancing during that song in my opinion.
A great Space Cowboy,
High Times,
etc, Seven Days was awesome,
but the highlight was definately the Main Vein/Time Won't Wait
I don't know but something about it, they really rocked it, it was as though they really mixed the two tunes together seamlessly.
sorry I'm not a really good reviewer.
I was so happy they did You Give Me Something
that was awesome.
I saw Jay smoking a cigarette half way through, and he was constantly having the sound corrected in his monitor (which kept feeding back)..........
then a couple folks were lucky enough to have thier CD's autographed, and someone threw thier bra onstage!!! that was pretty funny.
I tried and tried to hand him my John Grizzly CD but he was too in a rush to get off stage. I wore my Jamirotalk shirt, but no one really noticed.
I bought a program for $15, pretty cool, but mostly just pictures of Jay.
We waited about 2 hours to get in, and get in the front. We met up with Grahm (Adidas2067) from Talk. He noticed my shirt and I noticed his Peru jacket. Jay also noticed his jacket because him and his friend were front and center. They also got Jay to perform Starchild instead of Dynamite in SanFran from what I heard.
Jay noticed thier jackets and he just smiled and shook his head .......
peace |

After reading this thread I totally remember some of the peeps mentioned! Like the one dude with the Peru Adidas jacket...just in case any of you reading this were near me at the gig, I was the Asian guy in front with spiked hair who was also wearing the Peru jacket.
Here is a review I posted on my myspace blog with some pics. Enjoy!
