It says 20MG limit exceeded. Just e-mail the pics to me. Along with one that tells me all about Pori. |

Great moment .

Nice review. It's good to know that Don Johnson Big Band seems to get fans from other countries too.
Pori Jazz was my second Jamiroquai concert. The first was Hartwall Arena (Helsinki) back in -99 and I must admit that Pori Jazz gig was better. I thought that they would play only new stuff from AFO and Synkronized and so I was positively surprised when I heard tunes from all the albums.
If someone is interested I could post here some reviews by Finnish press.
And finally: nice to meet you all. Hopefully this forum has still room for one clean and well-behaving Finn. |

Hi Scam,
Pori was my first gig!
I'm listening to the "Support de microphones" album by Don Johnson Big Bad now - I like it. Are there any famous Finnish bands????? I can think Swedish, namely Abba, but that's it!
Would like to see some reviews - I have the one from Ilta-Sanomat - which has an excellent photo of Jay mid-jump!
I went to Glastonbury this year - and I must say that I much preferred Pori Jazz - without or without Jamiroquai I think I would have enjoyed it - there was a nice, relaxing atmosphere. |

Hey Ms. P.
I´m at home now (Freiburg), but I have to go to Stuttgart again, take my VW-Bus to a place to get a new motor, it burned last saturday on the highway. I had a really stressful week, Friday: Jamiroquai in Lörrach (next to swiss boarder), Saturday: Jimmy Cliff and Morcheeba in Karlsruhe, Sunday: Moloko in Karlsruhe, Monday going to Stuttgart (My hometown) to see my aunt, oncle and cousin and my godchild, that is 7 weeks old - so cute! I was so stressed because of my car. I´m glad it happened 70 km away from Freiburg because I got an SIXT-Car. The whole week I was phoning around with the insurance and the new motor.
Yesterday I wanted to go to the "Solitude-car-race" with really old cars and motorcycels, but I didn´t go, I´m getting pictures soon. I wrote Maike an e-mail, how to put the pictures in. I have one from Jay and me (after the concert), felt the same like you and couldn´t say a word...
Just read the rest of your report - that´s so exciting.... Hope I see more pictures, the onces you have looks like people from space are in the audiance. |
